LILIANA’S CACAO LATE RECIPE:
Cacao paste 20-30 grams
Hot water 4 oz
Milk of choice 2 - 4 oz
Turmeric 1/2 tsp or small pinch
Nutmeg tiny pinch
Rose powder 1/2 tsp or a pinch
Ghee butter 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon pinch or to taste
Monkfruit, honey, or your favorite sweetener
Pinch of sea salt
Blend all together under medium heat, whisk/stir until cacao is fully melted.
CEREMONIAL SERVING:
Cacao 40-45 grams
Water 3/4 cup
Presence: Cayenne pepper tiny pinch (or to taste)

A: The Goddess Oil Is for more dry/normal skin, the Gentle is for all skin types.

A: Yes! Absolutely. It’s safe to do twice a day. As long as you are drinking plenty of water afterwards.

A: Safe to massage daily. But 2-3 days a week is enough.
